Auckland Barn Home

Starting in 2012, Heritage Restorations is partnering with Timberworks New Zealand to offer New Zealand clients the opportunity to create their own unique barn home. A Timberworks team traveled to Texas to study the techniques for the restoration of these beautiful post and beam structures.



On March 6, 2014, after a few months’ preparation, our first NZ client saw their Heritage Barn raised on their foundation. Considering the relatively “young” history of New Zealnd, this 1780′s building From New York will be a vacation home and the “oldest” building in the country.
